Stand up Virtually Integrative Care programs on inpatient floors at Nebraska and Iowa CHI hospitals. VIC is currently in 322 beds across three hospitals. Lead process improvement initiatives to help teams improve quality and financial metrics while using the VIC program. Developed and implemented a unit and employee recognition program, which is now adopted at ten care sites across three regions. Investigated and identified a partnership opportunity with CommonSpirit Home Infusion. Successfully guided the partnership through the approval, process design, and execution stages. This initiative resulted in an average increase of 90 prescriptions written per month, a 15% increase, over three months and a reduction of eight hours in monthly drive time for home infusion nurse. In 2025 opportunity days across the ten floors decreased by 2,409, a 24% reduction. Falls with injuries decreased by 26, a 20% reduction.
