As a Director of Transportation at H-E-B, I am responsible for leading a team of over 600 Partners across multiple facilities and ensuring the efficient and effective transportation of goods out of the Houston region. I have been with H-E-B, one of the largest grocery retailers in the US, for more than seven years, progressing from Operations Leader to Facility Leader/General Manager and Director. My core competencies are analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and logistics management. I leverage these skills to build strong relationships with my Partners and Customers, foster an ownership-oriented culture, and optimize the supply chain. I am passionate about growth and development, both personal and professional, and I strive to create a culture of excellence and empowerment at H-E-B.
