Experience
President
Aug 2025 — Present · Houston, TX, US
I’ve spent my career learning every layer of the building process — from swinging a hammer to sitting at the deal table.I started out as a laborer on commercial job sites, gaining hands-on experience and a deep respect for the trades. Over time, I worked my way through utility construction, general contracting, and real estate development, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how projects are built — from the ground up and the inside out.Along the way, I founded RedMerle Designs, a small woodworking business that became both a creative outlet and an entrepreneurial proving ground. For the past seven years, I’ve spent evenings and weekends in the shop, personally crafting custom pieces and developing a deep understanding of quality millwork and cabinetry.Today, I’m proud to serve as President of American Millworks, where I stepped into ownership through Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) by acquiring a 35+ year-old commercial millwork and casework company with a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and long-standing industry relationships. This isn’t just a business transition — it’s a continuation of a legacy, now fueled by new energy, a client-first mindset, and long-term vision. At American Millworks, we serve general contractors, developers, architects, and owners across Texas and beyond — delivering precision millwork, casework, and architectural finishes for the medical, education, hospitality, religious, financial, and commercial office sectors. Our promise is simple:Customer service comes first. Always. We lead with integrity, communicate clearly, and deliver consistently — because being a great trade partner means showing up when it counts. Based in Houston, TX Let’s connect — I’m always open to collaborating with professionals who value quality, service, and long-term relationships.
