As Director of GIS and Research at Lee & Associates DFW, I lead the integration of geospatial analysis and market intelligence to support industrial real estate strategy across North Texas. My role bridges data, design, and decision-making—delivering insights that power client success.Using QGIS, I produce custom maps that combine high-resolution aerial imagery, transportation networks, and demographic overlays sourced from the U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, TXDOT, and other trusted datasets.
