I currently estimate small to large projects in accordance with the policies and procedures set in place by Primoris with minimal supervision. These estimates include Fixed Price, Time and Materials, Cost Plus, and Unit Contract pricing mechanisms for Transmission Lines and also Foundations. Compile proposals, drawings, specifications, and all other related documents for estimating and operational use for estimating or project management when awarded a project. Regularly attend pre-bids with customers, whether they are online or in person. Compute costs for small to large scale projects by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements after studying all related documents. Meet and relay information to subcontractors or vendors that are needed for each project, depending on what is required. Resolve any discrepancies in RFP information and follow this up with resolving any inconsistencies with management, vendors, or clients. Travel to job sites regularly to document any notable information to better estimate a project and be able to speak more confidently in regards to that project when sitting down with internal management. Regularly prepare reports which summarize information that then can be contributed to helping estimate accurately, coordinate proposals, and notice possible trends for future reference.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
