Established in 2009 and led by Alexis Isenberg, PE, the corporate headquarters is located in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. Mr. Teschke was involved in the Federal Highway Administration’s implementation of the Strategic Highway Research Program R01B for advancing technology used for the detection of underground utilities. Throughout his career, Mr. Teschke has performed work from coast to coast bringing a wide array of experience home to Pennsylvania.
