Fulfill administrative and contractual obligations associated with clinical, research, and program development affiliates.Use budgeted resources to assist in the assessment, plan, implementation, and evaluation of service improvement opportunities. Develop and monitor revenue and expense budgets of assigned affiliates.Professional clinical and educational programing: Provide oversight and guidance to the clinical practice and educational team. Assist in the development of educational CME and CE offerings to affiliates, Duke Health, and the community, delivered as monthly webinars, roundtables, and local/regional symposia.Coordinate orientation and ongoing competency validation of all staff hired in affiliate sites.
