About Bryant Vitanza
Do you ever feel like your teams are working hard, yet progress still feels slower, more fragmented, or more difficult than it should be?Most organizations experience this. Research shows roughly 70% of transformations fall short, not because leaders lack vision, but because the small changes required across people, process, and technology aren’t aligned or connected. That belief is at the center of my philosophy — Change to Transform.Transformation isn’t defined by a single initiative or executive mandate. It’s the accumulation of thousands (sometimes millions) of small, everyday, people-led changes. When those changes are understood, supported, and moving in the same direction, organizations build momentum. When they’re disconnected, even the strongest strategies struggle to take hold.Across my career, I’ve worked in and led functions spanning operations, sourcing, product development, supply chain, digital commerce, organizational design, and technology enablement. That breadth gave me a front-row seat to how interconnected every decision is — and how easily small misalignments compound into big challenges.I’ve learned that real transformation starts with clarity and connection:• Connecting strategy to execution• Connecting teams to each other• Connecting people to purpose• Connecting small daily actions to long-term outcomesI’ve also seen how much it matters when teams feel supported through change — when communication improves, expectations are clear, processes become lighter, and leaders model alignment through their decisions and behaviors.I’m most energized by work that brings these elements together. Whether repositioning an operating model, modernizing a supply chain, improving cross-functional teamwork, or enabling teams with better systems, I focus on creating an environment where people can do their best work — not by pushing harder, but by removing friction and strengthening alignment. At its core, transformation is a human journey. Systems matter. Processes matter. Technology matters. But people bring change to life — through their choices, relationships, and willingness to evolve together. If your organization is evolving, scaling, or navigating an inflection point, I’m always open to meaningful conversations — sharing ideas, comparing experiences, or exploring advisory opportunities when there’s a natural fit.Let’s connect. I’d love to learn from your journey and see where our thinking intersects. You can reach me at b•••••@farleybrook.com or connect with me here on LinkedIn.
