About Bryant Truong

I work best when I\'m also learning new skills. I love to read books, take courses, and play around in a test environment in order to learn and apply these new skills to my workflow. My career in IT started from a contract to migrate all Big Fish Games employees from their on premise mail server over to Office365. My ability to quickly learn, adapt, and take on tougher work led me directly to a role in System Administration. My on the job experience, exceptional mentors, and countless O\'Reilly Inc books on Linux System Administration, Essential System Administration, and Networking, allowed me to be confident in the wide range of skills a System Administrator requires. In the last year much of my work has been focused on Cloud Platforms that include AWS, Azure, and GCP. It\'s been a refreshing change of work environment that I am loving. As with all virtual machines and applications I\'ve deployed, I am always extremely security minded when working on the cloud platforms to protect the company\'s systems and private information. I look forward to future possibilities of working exclusively on cloud platforms, specifically AWS or GCP.
