The Area President is responsible for the overall operation of the Mountain West Area while supporting the company’s field operations, including P&L responsibility for $1B in revenue and management of a group of Area Leaders that governs the Business Unit General Managers, who oversee a total employee population of 2500+ employees, covering a large geographic area. Working in a matrix management environment, the position also manages a broader infrastructure team comprising senior-level managers from various departments, including Sales, Operations (encompassing Collections, Post-Collections, and Fleet Management), Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Environmental Compliance, and Environmental Engineering.
