As an experienced CFO, I specialize in driving financial performance and operational efficiency. My goal is to keep our team and investors informed by creating and delivering insightful, accurate and timely board reporting. My focus is helping our management teams to make data driven decisions and proposing changes to strategies that aren’t working so we can grow our business intentionally. Since 2016, I’ve been a CFO for two PE owned businesses - a fintech payment provider and a platform rollup in home services. Prior to that, I spent eight years providing buy side and sell side financial due diligence services to PE and corporate clients while living in New York and London. I’ve been involved in ~100 M&A transactions across various industries and I approached every deal from the perspective of how to help our clients maximize deal value and minimize value leakage. Prior to my time in M&A, I spent four years performing GAAP and statutory audits for public and private financial service businesses around New York City as a licensed CPA. Outside of work, I enjoy vacationing with my family, riding horses in the mountains and talking about investing and budgeting with friends.
