As General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Bryan leads the talented legal and risk team in providing proactive, reliable, and strategic advice to Unifi’s corporate office and frontline operators, and he partners closely with senior leaders in human resources, operations, finance, IT, communications, sales, and strategy to innovate, problem solve, and grow the business. The Unifi legal and risk team also provides shared services for the Argenbright Group’s portfolio of companies, which includes a US-based facility services company, a UK-based security company, and an India-based shared services office.
