About Bryan Runion
I build the systems and teams behind live experiences people remember. For over 15 years, I’ve led large scale productions across theater, circus, dance, immersive entertainment, touring shows, and brand activations. My work lives backstage, where creative ambition meets operational reality, schedules, budgets, safety, people, and the hundreds of small decisions that determine whether a show truly works.I’ve overseen 300 plus performances a year, managed $2M plus operating budgets, and delivered experiences for more than guests annually. Along the way, I’ve worked with global teams supporting projects for Cirque du Soleil, Netflix, Disney, Dragone, and other internationally recognized brands. What sets me apart isn’t scale alone, it’s how I bridge art and operations.I thrive in complex environments where logistics, creativity, and human dynamics intersect. I’ve led union crews across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, collaborated across cultures, international teams, and built backstage systems that reduce friction, protect people, and give creatives room to do their best work. Some things I’m known for:• Designing operational systems that streamline workflows and reduce costs• Leading safety and compliance across international venues with zero major incidents• Supporting repeat attendance and long term client partnerships through consistency and trust• Creating calm, clarity, and momentum in high pressure environmentsAt my core, I believe great shows are made by great teams. My leadership style is honest, adaptable, and people first, grounded in the belief that when the backstage works well, the audience feels it.If you’re building live experiences, operational systems, or teams that need both structure and creative freedom, I’d love to connect.
