I am the strategic and technical Practice Leader for Praecipio’s Cloud solution area within the Delivery organization. I am responsible for the overall health, evolution, and profitability of our Cloud practice, ensuring our services are best-in-class, tightly aligned to the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, and seamlessly integrated with our Go-to-Market efforts.My primary mission is to mature our delivery engine for Cloud by designing and implementing repeatable processes and standardized solution kits. This focus on operational excellence is the foundation for achieving ambitious revenue goals and ensuring world-class client satisfaction across Cloud migrations, optimizations, and managed services.In this role, I serve as the commercial, strategic, and technical leader for Cloud, partnering closely with Atlassian and our internal stakeholders to develop a clear, compelling go-to-market strategy that our sales team can execute effectively. I am accountable for keeping Praecipio’s Cloud practice competitive, profitable, and on the cutting edge of Atlassian Cloud solutions.
