Audit Data from the HCM (Oracle BI), TMS (Mitrefinch & UKG), and Payroll (ADP) system to ensure data accuracy. • Collected data, analyzed current system issues, and partnered with Corporate HR Ops (HCM) to improve system configurations. • Minimized Risk by partnering with legal and Director to rework paystub vouchers to comply with state legal requirements and created pay codes to automate benefit-related deductions. • Oversees the career development and internal and external recruiting efforts. • Assist management with performance concerns, corrective actions, and conflict management. • Led the local implementing a new TMS (UKG) for five different BU in California. • Partner with HR Ops to lead and train all levels of the organization regarding but not limited to new HCM system configuration, benefits, and annual reviews/merit increases. • Partner with the Executive Team and Management Team to clean up position codes and restructure the organizational chart. • Oversee LOA lifecycle and train and develop HR Generalists with the process and best practices. • Eliminated manual work by creating macros in excel for repetitive payroll tasks. • Audit timecards and developed training material to share with management. • Processed weekly Payroll for 600+ employees. • Developed a payroll process, spreadsheets, and instructions (from start to finish) that is currently utilized by Corporate Payroll. • Create Employee Metrics to better track employment activity (Turnover, Absenteeism, Meal Penalties, Headcount Report, Total Hours by Department). • Explain and provides advice to the executive team, managers, and employees about the company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance. • Create forms, work instructions, and provide training for all levels of staff.
