   Bryan followed a family tradition by entering the world of real estate in 2003. He set out for the coast and began his career in Charleston, where he spent 8 years as a top producing agent with one of Charleston’s premier residential firms. He discovered his love for the business early on and successfully sold over $42 Million in residential sales while in Charleston. Bryan’s passion for working with people, his integrity, and discriminating eye for value have proven a success and contributed to him being a six-time recipient of the Realtor of Distinction Award. After 8 years in Charleston, Bryan decided it was time to return to his roots and apply his knowledge and experience to his beloved Spartanburg community. He joined his father’s company with a vision of building on the firm’s foundation as a community leader. Bryan is well versed in all areas of Spartanburg and he knows how to specialize his services with a unique, personable approach. He understands that each individual that walks into his office is different and he has excelled in today’s market because of his ability to tailor his services to particular needs. Bryan is an Eagle Scout, a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Real Estate, and a graduate of the Realtor Institute. He and his wife Emily have a daughter, Harrison, and together they share a love of travel, the outdoors, and spending time with family & friends. Bryan’s family is dedicated to preserving what makes Spartanburg special; its rich history, rural surroundings and diverse community. They spend much of their time supporting local non-profits and organizations to ensure that Spartanburg will be as special for the next generation as it is for theirs.
