About Bryan Nguyen
Finance undergraduate at the University of Houston with a concentration in Risk Management & Insurance, pursuing roles that blend analytical rigor and strategic thinking within insurance and financial services. I am currently seeking 2026 internship opportunities in Risk Management, Brokerage, Reinsurance, and Underwriting.I serve as Corporate Relations Officer for Gamma Iota Sigma – Alpha Upsilon, where I focus on growing the chapter, strengthening corporate partnerships, and connecting students with opportunities to engage and work with insurance professionals through webinars, social events, and luncheons. I also serve as the Student Ambassador for the Intermediate Reinsurance Underwriters Association (IRUA) at UH, acting as the primary liaison between (re)insurance industry professionals and students. Additionally, I am an active member of RIMS and Young Risk Professionals of Houston.My interests center on strategy, leadership, and innovation, particularly at the intersection of people, process, and impact. I enjoy building teams, solving complex problems, and connecting with professionals across the insurance and risk management space. Always open to connecting and exchanging insights.
