As a Gas Scheduler my job is to nominate gas on the pipeline EBB, confirm gas flow and report any issues back to traders. As well as actively monitor pipeline EBBs for any maintenance, constraints, or curtailments. Communicate with Pipeline Representatives as needed, perform tasks accurately and timely under pressure, mirror daily pipeline activity in our ETRM, updating cuts and actualizing volumes as pipeline statements are finalized. I also monitor pipeline imbalances daily and communicate any potential penalty risks to trading, update pipeline commodity and fuel rates to ensure pipeline costs are properly accounted for, and assist Accounting in providing support documentation for any volumetric discrepancies during the monthly settlements process. While participating in weekend and after-hours coverage as needed and working closely with internal groups including Trading, Accounting, Credit, and Risk as needed to support the business.
