WHO I AM I graduated (May \'24) magna cum laude from Baldwin Wallace University with a bachelor\'s of music in music theatre. I am naturally ambitious and creative, which is prevalent in all my work and I appreciate environments that challenge me. I am detail-oriented, quick on my feet when it comes to problem-solving, and have a relentless work ethic that sets me apart from my peers. I have strong and advanced event, project and production planning and management skills which are supported by my marketing, audio/video editing, communication and leadership abilities. MY EXPERIENCE During my time at college, I served as co-producer of our student arts coalition, and I fell in love with producing. As co-producer, I was responsible for the budget and implemented 3 additional concerts to our original three, including a fundraiser and a new works concert. I also produced, directed, and performed in my senior recital (video format), where I evaluated and sourced sound engineers, videographers, video editors, choreographers, and extras, scouted and obtained the necessary permits and permission to film, as well as managed a production and editing scheulde across 8 months and 3 different cities. I also have significant office management and event planning/management experience, having worked at the conservatory office at Baldwin Wallace and serving as the audition coordinator, hosting 200+ people. Since graduation, I have produced my off-broadway debut with a solo cabaret show \'Right Regrets\' at Out Of Box Theatrics as well as produced and directed multiple cabaret shows at both The Green Room 42 and 54 Below. I have completed an internship that advanced my grant writing, community engagement and sponsorship skills as well as front-of-house management skills. I am currently the production assistant at The Sol Project where I assist with production needs and decisions, am responsible for managing communication across departments/teams, contribute to community engagement projects, and assist with social media management. As I continue my career, I hope to have opportunities working in artistic and development departments so I can continue to hone my skills in order to achieve my goal of becoming an artistic director one day.
