Over 12 months, I organically grew the Governor\'s social media followers by 365%(from 22k followers to 82k), increasing reach 770% to reach 12.7 million accounts, and increased impressions 1,900% to garnering 16.2 million impressions across 4 platforms- Write, edit, and support the development of speeches, talking points, media releases and letters for the Governor- Manage video production for the Governor, including content planning, storyboarding, script writing, filming, editing, publishing and captioning- Serve as principal photographer and videographer for events- Plan and manage social media and digital content production to include twice-daily posting and 2-5 videos per week- Produce content for the Governor’s social media platforms, establishing an engaging voice and tone that are authentic to Governor Kotek- Connect social media messages to issues of interest and concern to Oregonians- Measure, track, and report digital results- Work with key stakeholders and interagency communicators to develop and share informative, accurate and engaging content- Develop toolkits to support the Governor’s partners and key stakeholders in communicating organizationally aligned social media messages- Conceptualize, oversee, or produce visual content for social media and other digital platforms, such as infographics, videos and social cards- Facilitate livestreams for press conferences- Coordinate and ensure digital accessibility for livestreams through interpreters and live captioning- Lead overall plan and content development for the Governor’s web presence, including the main site on Oregon.gov and additional emergency websites- Serve as the main point of contact for website vendor and provide web training- Manage news clips service and monitor social media coverage of the Governor’s policies- Develop memos and staff events.
