   Role Summary: Manage the review and remediation of applications across Microsoft\'s vast tools and technology ecosystem. Execute programs that assess applications and infrastructure for privacy, security, governance, risk, and compliance. Coordinate application and infrastructure security assessments across the business. Work with application developers to ensure application meets requirements for security, privacy, accessibility and resilience. Define and manage key measures for security across a diverse organization. Demonstrate technical aptitude for security risk management, capacity, and operational ability to manage a pipeline of applications during the security review lifecycle. Leverage proficient program management skills, ability to influence and work in a quickly changing area. Responsibilities include: • Manage Application onboarding activities and support application developers in navigating the review process. • Design and implement process improvements to the Application Risk Assessment program. • Design and develop roadmaps and priorities for the Data Assurance Program as it applies to tools and services built in MCAPS. • Lead and identify cross-organizational teams to create and maintain tool security guidance. • Build and nurture positive working relationships with stakeholders and leadership, and be engaged as a trusted advisor. • Assist with the Tools and Technology review and assessment process to identify data protection and compliance-related gaps. • Help drive and support exception management, risk mitigation & remediation with data protection and compliance-related gaps with Engineering and development teams. • Work closely with various Engineering organizations and Tool owners to support in programmatic initiatives.
