I didn’t start in engineering — I started in sales, helping clients understand AdTech and business‑intelligence platforms. Eventually I realized I wanted to build the software that solved those problems, not just explain it. So in 2020 I retrained at Flatiron School, dove headfirst into software development, and never looked back.Fast‑forward to today: I lead engineering teams at Blend Labs that deliver fintech systems powering millions of consumer applications across banking and credit products. My sweet spot is the space between technical execution and human leadership — helping engineers, product leaders, and stakeholders turn complex financial systems into scalable, measurable, and secure solutions.Over the past five years I’ve worn multiple hats: engineer, mentor, systems designer, and now Tech Lead / Engineering Manager.    I lead a cross-regional team of 14 engineers across the US and Mexico within Blend’s unified Workflow and Integration Engineering organization.
