I specialise in making payroll work the way it should: accurate, automated, efficient, and stress-free for the teams who live and breathe it.With years of experience on the front line of payroll processing, and more years in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM payroll, Core HR, and Absence solutions, I have seen every flavour of payroll challenge: legacy complexity, fragile workarounds, “Friday-night spreadsheet rescues”, and the pressure of paying thousands of people correctly and on time.My work centres on helping organisations replace tangled payroll processes with clean logic and robust automation, so that payroll teams can focus on value, not firefighting.AI is an area I follow closely, especially its impact on payroll and enterprise workflows, but also its broader influence on society in general. We are entering a phase where automation won’t just remove manual steps, it will reshape how organisations and individuals think about accuracy, audit, compliance, and trust.It is crucial to determine the right questions first.
