My work today sits at the intersection of AI, strategy, tax and automation.I’m always busy as Founder of Modern Age Tax Legend AI Platform, Modern Age Tax Prep & Accounting LLC and Partner at Tax Accounting Company of America. I\'ve enjoyed a few historic firsts. Using AI to primarily focus on tax related opportunities previously deemed impossible, very possible and accessible to all. At Modern Age Tax, I work directly with clients on tax preparation, tax planning, entity structure, and cash-flow decisions—especially for closely held businesses, real estate, and business portfolios.The goal is simple: fewer surprises, fewer missed opportunities, and a clearly defined line from daily operations to long-term goals.With Legend AI, I’ve partnered with 40 years of award winning tax and accounting services to develop a secure internal platform that acts like a map legend for the tax and business landscape. It helps translate dense code, regulations, and return data into explanations, options, and documentation that CPAs and advisors can actually use to guide themselves and others. It reinforces human judgment instead of trying to replace it. Along with a few million other options, services and improvement cycles that never end. Before launching Modern Age Tax and Legend AI, I spent over a decade in finance and accounting roles, including serving as an assistant cfo for a multi-entity group, where I led large-scale automation, reporting, and systems projects that saved hundreds of hours a year and significantly reduced errors.What I’m focused on now:High-touch tax advisory for businesses and individuals.Tax planning tied directly to cash flow, risk, and long-term strategy.Building and refining AI-assisted workflows for research, review, and documentation for a absolute approach that yields the greatest advantage, strategy and solutions to ever exist.
