   As startup FlyHouse’s first Chief Legal Officer, I am building the company’s legal function from the ground up—designing a framework that scales along with FlyHouse’s rapid growth and ambitious vision to transform private aviation. I oversee the full spectrum of legal affairs, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial agreements, aviation regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment matters, and dispute resolution.Beyond managing legal risk, I serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board of Managers, and leadership team—helping to shape business strategy, guide high-stakes negotiations, and protect the company’s long-term interests. My work sits at the intersection of legal, aviation, technology, and finance, ensuring that FlyHouse’s innovative charter marketplace and transparent owner management model operate with legal rigor, regulatory compliance, and scalability. At its core, my role is about enabling FlyHouse’s mission: to reimagine private air travel through innovation, safety, and trust.
