Our relationships with private lenders, hedge funds, and commercial lending groups allows for lending products to be approved accross the spectrum of commercial real-estate, operating loans and lines of credit. Our loss mitigation and preventative default products help small lenders unload troublesome loans the regulators do not like and our tax efficiency programs generate more income to businesses so they may have a better chance of getting funding, expanding their businesses, or avoiding defaults.
