Oversight of Quality Systems for three Avient production sites - Berea, OH, Massillon, OH, and LaPorte, IN. Supervision of a Quality Engineer and three lab supervisors between the sites. Coordinated the re-write and re-implementation of common QMS procedures that standardized processes between the sites and achieved alignment with corporate QMS. Direct oversight of 5, with additional oversight of QC Lab staff at the 3 sites.Update November, 2023 - role has expanded to provide QMS support and coaching to a total of eight Avient sites, all with a variation of liquid color in common.Update February, 2025 - Now providing Quality Systems and APEX process improvement support to five Avient sites.
