About Bryan Hale
Bryan Hale is Senior Vice President of Design at Related California, where he leads the architecture and interior design for the firm’s market-rate and mixed-income developments across California. With more than 24 years of experience as a registered architect, he collaborates closely with architects, designers, engineers, and construction managers to ensure cohesive and well-executed projects. During his tenure at Related, Bryan has led the design of nearly residential units across California. His portfolio includes The Grand, designed by Frank Gehry; Felix Residences, designed by David Baker; the International School of San Francisco; and The Jackson at 530 Sansome, a forthcoming hotel and office tower that will shape the San Francisco skyline. Prior to joining Related, Bryan was a Senior Development Associate and architect at Vornado Realty Trust, where he managed the design and construction of the iconic 220 Central Park South, a 70-story,$3.5 billion residential tower in New York City. Earlier in his career, as a Senior Associate at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, he led design teams for major mixed-use and residential developments in New York and internationally. His work included the 28-acre, 13-tower Hudson Yards development, a 154-acre mixed-use master plan in China, and a flagship biotechnology campus in Boulder, Colorado. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Syracuse University School of Architecture. He is a registered architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
