I started my software career in User Experience where I was responsible for researching, designing, and testing B2C web applications. My career has evolved from there as I have continued to learn and grow with the tools that we use for creating software. I am a proponent of the Agile software methodology. I\'ve served as both Scrum Master and Product Owner depending on the job at hand. I pride myself in my flexibility and interpersonal skills that allow me interact equally with customers, business stakeholders, and development teams.As my career progressed, I moved into management.
