As the CoS of the 94th CSH, I am responsible to the Commander for the Intelligenceoperations and training of all staff functions of the hospital. I supervises all tactical operations conducted by the hospital to include planning and relocation. I am responsible for the formulation of the tactical standing operating procedures (TSOP) and hospital planning factors.Entrusted to manage state compliance for all air evacuation policies and procedures and to manage Health Care Administration, Health Care Science and Clinical Care programs. Maintained an annual $5M budget of equipment and supplies. Designed and executed protocols in a chaotic field environment resulting in completion of 500 medical missions. Managed project development through final completion gaining funding worth $10M that provided critical reconstruction and services to Iraq International Airport.Developed strategy, policy, and plans for the operation evaluation of clinical/patient oriented information systems which resulted in medical communications and management for 5 Combat Casualty Care programs.Piloted aircraft in high pressure situations to safely and efficiently transport injured soldiers to medical facilities resulting in over 500 accident free flight hours.
