About Bryan Cole
At Motus Companies, we are a group of real estate related entities that acquire, improve, reposition, and manage industrial, retail, medical, and mixed-use properties. With over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have been on all sides of the business from brokerage to passive investor to now being active investor / developer.I co-founded Motus Companies in late 2019, with a vision to create a vertically integrated company that can provide in-depth knowledge and experience from the beginning phases to completion of real estate projects. Motus consists of various divisions: Motus Capital, Motus Development, D&B Construction, Keystone Commercial & Industrial and Keystone Property & Asset Management. Our mission is to deliver high-quality and value-added real estate solutions to our clients and partners, with a buy and hold mentality.Prior to getting involved with real estate, I served four years of active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I traveled the world on various tours of duty. My military background instilled in me the values of discipline, teamwork, leadership, and excellence, which I apply to my current role and responsibilities. Those who know me, know that I am passionate about real estate and always eager to learn new concepts and trends.
