About Bryan Dunford

I get to work with great teams to solve complex problems in product development, operations, information technology, and acquisition valuation and integration. In my roles, I\'ve typically provided company/product strategy direction, general leadership and collaboration skills, and been hands-on in leading acquisitions and managing successful integrations of new businesses and business systems. I enjoy contributing in continually improving, excellence-oriented organizations, where I can work with others to creatively and profitably solve big problems and execute solutions.    As a member of the executive committee, I have three main roles: 1) lead the Product & Sourcing, IT, & Operations departments, 2) lead and manage special projects, including the acquisition of other businesses and product lines, merging of teams, data, and business systems, as well as other related projects (currently implementing Oracle NetSuite and supporting applications), and 3) with the president and other executive committee members, provide input on and problem-solve a wide variety of company-wide issues like strategy, structure, and business direction.
