Buttigieg, Partner, Miller Thomson, Toronto 9••••••••@millerthomson.com Bryan Buttigieg is recognized as a Leading Practitioner in Environmental Law in Canada in a number of leading directories including, Chambers Global, Chambers Canada, the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Best Lawyers in Canada and Who\'s Who Legal. Bryan is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in Environmental Law. His practice includes civil litigation, regulatory defence representation and transactional advice in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety matters. Bryan has provided extensive advice in support of Brownfields Developments, site remediation and financing of properties with environmental issues. Bryan is a trained mediator and a panel member of the Canadian Centre for Environmental Arbitration and Mediation. He was chair of the Rouge Watershed Task Force, which in 2008 received the TRCA Honour Roll Award. He is former President of the Durham Children’s Aid Society and is currently a Director of the Canadian Canoe Museum. Bryan was called to the Ontario Bar in 1989.
