1. Vehicle Sales Manager

   As the Vehicle Sales Manager, it is my responsibility to handle day to day operations of the Used Truck Center. I handle inspections of all incoming units, management of three storage lots with over 250 units of inventory, and I work with the shop to make sure all units are up to Ryder quality expectations. I also am responsible for sales of used commercial vehicles to business owners all around the country and I assist our inside sales and fleet teams with their deals at my location. As Sales Manager in the Farmingdale, New York location, I have been part of a major improvement in sales volume, customer satisfaction, and employee happiness. I have been able to improve the processes, procedures and resources at my location to reduce employee research and down times, improve lot space, reduce inventory load, and speed up repair and turn around times. Additionally, I was able to partner with a DMV service to reduce wait times by 80% when getting registrations and license plates to elevate pandemic-related DMV delays. In December of 2020, I took on the challenge of running two Used Truck Centers simultaneously which are 300 miles apart from one another. Upon hiring a competent manager for the Farmingdale location, I moved to the Syracuse area permanently in mid-Feb 2021. I similarly was able to improve sales volume and proceeds which reducing repair times. Additionally, I reduced the number of lot locations from four to one, which greatly reduced overhead spending. In 2021, The Syracuse UTC sold 18% more units than in 2020, despite an inventory shortage and had $6.6M in revenue. In 2022, we worked through some inventory challenges and still exceeded expectations given the nature of the industry at that time. We closed out 2022 just short of $3M in gains
