About Bryan Bellack

I am an attorney and former Assistant Corporation Counsel for the World Trade Center Unit of the NYC Law Department. The unit was formed to defend the City against claims from police and firefighters who ran to \"the pile\" after 9/11, many not properly fit-tested. Here was where I began my career in litigation, focusing on the eDiscovery issues around our defense. After 3 years, I moved into the private sector and worked for major organizations such as Stratify,an Iron Mountain Company, Epiq and BDO USA. In these roles I grew to lead Discovery on large scale class actions, global regulatory investigations and high-profile data breaches. At HaystackID I serve as our EVP of Business Development, working close with in-house and outside Counsel on complex litigation, information risk and the adoption of Generative AI to solve challenges for disputes, investigations and compliance.In addition, I serve on the advisory board of Guardrail Technologies, an AI Security and Risk Management platform that gives organizations control over AI and reduce its risks to users.
