   As a Design Operations PM within Amazon Delivery Experience, I drive operational excellence while managing multi-million-dollar budgets across key workstreams. I lead strategic initiatives with a specialized focus in building and scaling emerging programs, like UX Writing. Through my leadership of org-wide initiatives, I\'ve maintained 100% on-time delivery standards while developing comprehensive operational frameworks, including the UX Writing charter, implementation of prioritization systems, and establishment of impact-tracking metrics. My contributions to the DesignOps program strategy and roadmap have been instrumental in driving organizational success through cross-functional leadership and process optimization. I ensure cohesive alignment of design operations goals while spearheading org-wide events and content strategy initiatives, with a focus on efficiency through standardized documentation, scalable toolkits, and data-driven decision-making. My work in developing and updating Durable Customer Outcomes (DCOs) has strengthened operational alignment throughout centralized programming, directly supporting broader DesignOps strategy and organizational objectives.
