This methodology includes Scenario Based Training (SBT) and stream of activities approaches, which promote critical thinking and learning retention.// Lead a year-long project to design the organization\'s first series of asynchronous Quality and Safety courses and supplemental materials. Courses are designed to help create a culture of safety at Seattle Children\'s.// Designed Inpatient and Outpatient Opioid Reversal courses with a large group of SMEs, resulting in a higher rate of Naloxone distribution for those in need.
