    Meet and exceed corporate cost targets with continuous cost reductions of 30% with following Gen launch and a further est. 20% cost reduction for the following Gen. PM the team through multiple NPI\'s of Generation iterations of product and expanding of product categories with a blend of agile/waterfall methodologies to stay on schedule for successful MP launches. Aided manufacturing to increase from outputs from 10k to 120k weekly. Helped the team transition from a Tier 3 CM to a Tier 1 CM comparable to Foxconn. Build and define complete MP schedules with supplier production capacities, lead times, and demand forecast built in for a JIT model. Agency requirements and NPI test phases included with defined deliverables for team members, assisting with DFM management and data dashboards. Meticulous success of QC/Reliability testing products led Kibeam to a less than 1% defect return rate in the electronics consumer space. Work closely with Eng to ensure and PFP considerations for reduced time on assembly, improved IQC/OQC, SMT success rate, and mold output. Strengthened supplier partnerships across plastics, tooling, camera systems, batteries, and EE components—driving quality and reliability while delivering above standard results with improved terms. Oversee Fishbowl ERP implementation to connect with QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Arena for end to end business operations visibility.
