o Drove resolution to multiple high priority, short timeline compliance workstreams. Led these projects from kickoff to completion including work on projects to prove compliance with SSL certificate expiration guidelines and to confirm teams are following the data retention and deletion policy (DRDP). Led the kickoff meeting to ensure initial alignment with key program sponsors. Ensured that we identified all the teams that are in scope and had necessary points of contact. I then coordinated evidence collection efforts and made sure it was documented in Azure DevOps as required by the compliance agreement documentation. Reported weekly progress to PMO leadership.o Coordinated efforts between Blackbaud teams and a 3rd party development team to create a hub and spoke network model that was used to help simplify and reduce costs associated with compliance with data loss prevention (DLP) guidelines that were mandated in the compliance agreement documentation.o Starting in Q4 2024, switched to an Agile Program Management role where I supported multiple teams at various levels including Scrum Management, Backlog Refinement, Capacity Tracking, Block Readout reporting, and Agile Coaching. Also organized the decommission process for one team to get them back in compliance with the Blackbaud DRDP.o Trained to use Microsoft Copilot to improve my efficiency as a Program Manager. Recent efforts have involved working with the Azure DevOps MCP Server integration to automate repetitive tasks and analyze Agile sprint data to provide insights on sprint status and suggestions on optimizing the team’s performance.o Completed training courses to achieve Blackbaud certifications for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Lean Six Sigma. Presented the results of the Lean Six Sigma analysis I performed on the K12 school decommissioning process during my Lean Six Sigma certification class, and was awarded runner-up recognition during the Blackbaud 2025 Continuous Improvement Showcase.
