I help organizations modernize their technology foundations and become AI ready. With over ten years leading enterprise IT, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and workflow automation, I specialize in translating complex and highly regulated environments into secure, scalable, AI enabled operations.My career spans hands on engineering, architecture, PMO leadership, strategic operations, and client experience management. I have built cloud and enterprise infrastructures, led multi year IT roadmaps, managed multimillion dollar portfolios, and designed frameworks for identity, access, endpoint security, business continuity, and service delivery.Today, my focus is accelerating AI adoption inside real businesses, especially within healthcare, finance, and other compliance heavy sectors. I integrate tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, improve decision making, and strengthen audit posture. Recent work includes creating automation programs that remove more than forty hours per month of operational friction, developing client facing AI readiness assessments, and coaching leaders on AI governance, KPI ownership, and transformation cadence.My approach combines technology strategy, security alignment, operational excellence, and practical innovation. I partner with executives to set clear goals, reduce risk, tighten processes, and adopt modern tools without disrupting the business. Whether improving client experience, optimizing service operations, or designing secure AI workflows, I focus on measurable outcomes and scalable architecture.I am currently expanding my expertise through an MBA at the University of Kansas and recently completed my Post Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Texas at Austin. This continues to strengthen the business, data, and AI leadership capabilities required for the next generation of technology roles.
