I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 20 years combined experience improving manufacturing and service processes in support of growth, cost out, and operational excellence initiatives. These efforts have generated millions of dollars in return for business partners along with roadmaps to obtain future savings. Currently I am the head of retail space planning and optimization for one of the worlds largest retailers maximizing the return on our portfolio of businesses while balancing operational space needs in our current stores and new concepts.

   Lead a 45 person team in determining and executing the optimal mix of planograms, experiences, and adjacencies for our current stores and new concepts including sales floor, warehouse/fulfillment, and services.• Establish the long-term systems strategy for Space Planning including key interactions with Design, Store Planning, and GNFR (parts ordering).• Supported the rollout of Connected Fitness, Magnolia TVs, and Luxury Appliances by better understanding how the customer profile fits with our store portfolio and recommending the optimal sequence for rollout to category leaders.
