About Bryan Wavra

I am Bryan, serving as GeoStabilization\'s Northwest Project Development Engineer, representing the Northwest region in geotechnical engineering and project development since 2010. Throughout my career, I\'ve actively contributed to over 200 geohazard mitigation projects spanning Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Idaho. Before joining GSI, I provided a decade of geotechnical consulting services to various public and private entities. My academic background includes both Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering, with a particular focus on geotechnical engineering, obtained from Oregon State University. My master\'s project,\"Seismic Performance of the Columbia River Levee Adjacent to the Portland International Airport,\" funded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, sparked my interest in slope stability modeling. I possess extensive expertise across geotechnical engineering, with a notable emphasis on geotechnical earthquake engineering. I hold registrations as a civil engineer in Oregon and Washington and carry a specialty geotechnical engineering registration in Oregon.Beyond GSI, I am a passionate dirt bike rider/racer having participated in the 2019 Baja I also enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities including mountain biking, skiing, and enjoying the great Pacific NW!I would love to connect.
