Start with the end in mind.2. Customers Included - Understand their objectives, and build feedback loops.3. Focus on metrics - Measure and hold yourself accountableSome of the things I\'ve worked on:Helix Assist - Construction generates a massive amount of unstructured data, including documents, drawings, and photos. Helix Assist addresses this by extracting crucial intelligence from these diverse sources. This intelligence is then presented to the user through an intuitive, context-aware AI Assistant. Helix Agent Builder - Recurring workflows in construction are often centered on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or company-specific policies. Our Agent Builder offers end users a platform to create Agentic workflows, tailored to their company, using a conversational coding approach. These custom Agents are then integrated into Helix Assist, making them readily accessible in an easy-to-use, context-aware manner.Expedia’s Data Graph — In eCommerce digital marketing and personalization are critical to driving financial efficiency.
