Reporting to the Board of Directors, I provide leadership and strategy for the Association, to support RCABC member contractors and quality roofing in British Columbia. This includes the RoofStar Guarantee Programs, offering the most comprehensive suite of managed risk roofing guarantees in the industry, the RCABC Educational Foundation, SKILLEDTRADESBC\'s designated trainer for the Roofer and Architectural Sheet Metal trades, REF also provides industry-specific safety training to its members and lastly, the RCABC Technology Group curating the Roofing Practices Manual standards and Accepted Materials inventory for compliance with our guarantee programs, including the first of its kind Vegetative Roofing Guarantee launched in 2024.
