   Executive leader with proven positive financial, guest & associate satisfaction and relationships. Held various positions in Food & Beverage, Rooms and Executive leadership. Career history includes Director of Hotel Operations at the Westfields Marriott, Director of Operations at the Washington Marriott at Metro Center (Washington, DC), Assistant General Manager at the Greenbelt Marriott (Greenbelt, MD) and Resident Manager at the Fairview Park Marriott (Falls Church, VA). In all of my executive leadership positions I have driven a balanced scorecard of improving guest satisfaction, driving profitability and margin as well as associate satisfaction. Achieved Hotel of the Year 2007, opened successful new restaurant concepts, managed through multiple renovations while improving results, actively involved in college recruitment and lead the eastern region in guest satisfaction for 2012, ending the year in the top 15 hotels nationally.
