I’m a People Operations leader who focuses on scaling people programs through thoughtful use of automation, AI, and operational strategy. My work centers on building People Ops programs that improve employee experience, support compliance, and help teams grow sustainably without losing their human core.I partner closely with HRIS, Product, Engineering, Payroll and Legal teams to translate People Operations needs into scalable workflows, programs, and automation.
