As a project manager at Buildhouse, LLC, I manage end-to-end development of prefabricated home designs into stunning realities. Each day, I dive headfirst into the challenge of managing projects ranging from four-unit retreats to 40-unit masterpieces, all while navigating the unique landscapes of urban environments and picturesque ski towns. What I love most about my work is the joy of delivering a product that truly makes our clients happy. It\'s immensely fulfilling to see their visions come to fruition and know that our work enhances their lives and communities. I interact directly with clients to cultivate positive working relationships, address their needs effectively, and facilitate project proposals, schedules, and development site plans. My responsibilities also include selecting and coordinating subcontractors, delegating their responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with safety, building codes, and legal requirements. I work closely with local jurisdictions to entitle the project by obtaining the appropriate permits and licenses from city and county authorities. Prior to my role at Buildhouse, LLC, I served as a Lease Representative at OutFront Media, where I managed a portfolio of 750+ leases across the greater San Francisco Bay area. Through strategic negotiation and meticulous financial control, I secured significant cost savings and consistently exceeded lease renewal targets, earning recognition as the Western Region\'s top performer. In my earlier role as Senior Lease Admin, I played a role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billboard real estate leases across multiple markets, with a monthly rent payment responsibility ranging from $5 to 7 million. Beyond my professional endeavors, my love for the outdoors extends into my personal life. I find solace and inspiration in exploring the natural world, whether it\'s hiking through rugged mountain trails or fly fishing in tranquil rivers.
