Contribute to the success of Accertify clients by identifying and measuring the execution of strategic goals and monitoring metrics and KPI’s. Act as primary point of contact for all components of the business relationship, including technical projects and support work, contract negotiations and other legal matters, and all communication around enhancements and the Accertify Roadmap. Assist key Accertify clientele in developing their global eCommerce fraud strategies. Provide consulting and management services using Interceptas and other Accertify fraud products. Use analytic data-mining tools including Oracle-based SQL and Splunk to review detail and aggregate-level data; visualize and develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting through Tableau and Excel. Apply organizational and communication skills to coordinate projects among multiple departments, including Finance, Support, Development, Decision Sciences, and Database Administration. Create documentation in Confluence to ensure consistency in future maintenance. Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process of new team members. Developed and deployed a real-time Customer Experience survey process for the Client Success Organization.
