To oversee home game day concessions operations for UNC\'s 26 Varsity athletic teams. Responsibilities include staffing, inventory management and ordering, creating menu items, managing a warehouse team, managing a concessions staff, and a staff of supervisors for UNC\'s 10 athletic facilities. Staff size ranges from 10 daily warehouse employees to 550 Concessions employees for Football events. Responsible for all hiring and training for all Game Day staff includding concessions staff, cook staff, and warehouse staff, and alcohol compliance. Works closely with Non-Profit Organizations to achieve staffing needs for Football, Basketball, Baseball and Soccer events.
