Developed Ninkasi’s first full service dining experience. The Ninkasi Better Living Room (BLR) opened to the public February, 5 2020 and received immediate recognition as one of the premiere dining experiences in Eugene, OR. Worked alongside Ninkasi’s CXO to develop the BLR concept. Hired and led the leadership team to manage the concept through development to execution while hitting all deadlines. Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to: hiring of 36 total team members, development and implementation of staff/individual team member training sessions including initial as well as continued weekly training sessions, all reporting of financials, staffing, scheduling, inventory, development of vendor/partner relationships, development and execution of events, planning and fulfillment of multi day VIP experiences.
